In the realm of civil engineering, dump trucks play an indispensable role, seamlessly collaborating with excavators, loaders, belt conveyors, and other heavy machinery. Together, they form an efficient production line for the loading, transportation, and unloading of earth, sand, gravel, and bulk materials, optimizing construction operations.
Working principle:
The dump truck's engine, chassis, and cab are engineered with the same precision as a general load vehicle, ensuring reliability and performance in demanding conditions.
When in operation, high-pressure oil is channeled into the lifting hydraulic cylinder through a distribution valve and oil pipe. For added safety, a guard plate is positioned at the cab's front end of the carriage.
The engine energizes the hydraulic pump via the transmission and power take-off device. The comprehensive hydraulic tipping mechanism, consisting of an oil tank, hydraulic pump, distribution valve, lifting hydraulic cylinder, control valve, and oil pipe, propels the system into action.
As the engine activates the hydraulic pump through the transmission and power take-off, high-pressure oil is directed into the lifting hydraulic cylinder via the distribution valve and oil pipe, propelling the piston rod to tilt the carriage. Predominantly, rear tipping is employed, allowing the manipulation system to precisely control the piston rod's movement, thus setting the carriage at any desired tilt angle. Gravity and hydraulic control enable the carriage to return seamlessly to its original position.
