The tri-axle dump semi-trailer, model DSY9401Z, is a 35 CBM rectangle dump tipping trailer. Its overall dimensions are 12,000×2,600×3,200 mm in length, width, and height, with inner dimensions of 11,800×2,500×1,200 mm. The king pin setting is 1,100 mm, and the fifth wheel height can be adjusted according to the tractor's specifications. The axle space is 5,180+1,310+1,310 mm. It has a tare weight of 10,500 kg (+/- 5%) and a payload of 60,000 kg (60 tonnes).

The trailer is equipped with 13 pieces of 12R22.5- tires per chassis, including one spare tyre, which are Chinese top brands like Triangle. The rims are of type 9.0, with 13 pieces per chassis (including one for the spare tyre). It has three sets of 16-tonne axles with ABS, a three-axle mechanical suspension with 8 leaf springs, and a hydraulic system comprising CARRY 130mm×5 pieces and 140mm×1 piece.

The main beam is fabricated using submerged arc welding, with flange and web dimensions of 14/8/16 mm, made of high-reinforced steel Q355. The body features a floor of 4 mm and side walls of 3 mm, also constructed from high-reinforced steel.

The landing gear is a JOST reinforced 30-tonne type, and the kingpin is 3.5" JOST, exchangeable, grade 90#. The brake system is a dual air brake system, 30/30 type, with WABCO brake valve. The electrical system is 24V with LED lamps. The paint consists of primer and top coat, using polyurethane paint. A spare tire carrier and one tool box are included.

Special features include one-side tipping with 5 hoist doors on one side and 5 side-opening doors on the other, or optional two-side tipping with 5 hoist doors on each side. The trailer also includes main vehicle modification and can be packed three units to a group for shipping, with an additional cost of 6,000 yuan per group for port delivery.
