Working principle:
The construction of a dump truck's engine, chassis, and cab mirrors that of a standard load vehicle, ensuring consistency in performance and reliability.
High-pressure oil is channeled into the lifting hydraulic cylinder via the distribution valve and oil pipe, with a protective safety guard plate strategically positioned at the cab's front end to enhance safety.
The engine, through a seamless integration with the transmission and power take-off device, propels the hydraulic pump. This sets the hydraulic tipping mechanism into motion, which comprises an oil tank, hydraulic pump, distribution valve, lifting hydraulic cylinder, control valve, and oil pipe, ensuring efficient operation.
With the engine driving the hydraulic pump via the transmission and power take-off device, high-pressure oil is directed into the lifting hydraulic cylinder through the distribution valve and oil pipe, prompting the piston rod to achieve carriage tipping. Rearward tipping is prevalent, controlled by the manipulation system, allowing the carriage to halt at any desired tilt position. Resetting occurs through a combination of gravitational forces and hydraulic control.
