Working principle:
The construction of a dump truck's engine, chassis, and cab mirrors that of a general load vehicle, ensuring familiar operation and maintenance.
High-pressure oil is channeled into the lifting hydraulic cylinder via the distribution valve and oil pipe, complemented by a safety guard plate positioned at the front end of the carriage, ensuring operator safety and vehicle integrity.
The engine, linked to the hydraulic pump through the transmission and power take-off device, drives this vital system. The truck's hydraulic tipping mechanism comprises key components such as an oil tank, hydraulic pump, distribution valve, lifting hydraulic cylinder, control valve, and oil pipe, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
The engineering brilliance lies in the engine's ability to drive the hydraulic pump through the transmission and power take-off device. High-pressure oil flows into the lifting hydraulic cylinder via the distribution valve and oil pipe, propelling the piston rod to tip the carriage. Commonly favoring rear tipping, the manipulation system permits precise control of the piston rod, allowing the carriage to halt at any desired tilt angle. The carriage's return to its original position is governed by its own gravity and precise hydraulic control.
